“Housing Bubble 2023”

“Housing Bubble 2023?” “Housing Crash 2023?”

These are two phrases that are at the top of the list of what’s been Googled right now - so let’s talk about that. It’s very unlikely we’ll see another crash like we did in 2008, and here’s why:

#1 Low inventory - There are simply not enough homes to buy for buyers right now.

#2 Data - The data that we’re receiving from the end of ‘22 is that the Fall of last year was arguably the bottom in the market. And the data we’re seeing in the first quarter of this year suggests that industries are stabilizing and buyers are jumping back in the market.

And the last reason why we’re not going to have a housing collapse is because you actually have to be qualified to get a loan these days.
