This is what I know: There’s so much information out there right now, and we don’t really know what’s really happening on the macro level. But what I’m seeing locally is this - For buyers, the cost of buying has got more expensive. So now there’s a lot more creative financing and ways that lenders are working with buyers to give them affordability on the purchase of property. And with sellers, pricing is what it’s all about. If you price it right, it will sell.
