In a fast-moving market, we look back to comparable home sales from the past 3-6 months. We look at other houses in the same location, similar in size and condition. Through an investigative process of studying statistics and reaching out to other agents, we are able to find out how houses similar to yours sat on the market. Did it go too quickly? Did it go over asking? The last thing we want to do is over-list your property and have it sit on the market. We do the research to find the right price to get your home sold quickly and for the right price.
