Real Estate Update!
Normally we'll see the market slow down in the winter, but this year we’ve seen some unexpected trends. After a relatively quiet summer, September-November got sluggish. We saw many sellers offering concessions and price cuts, making it a buyer’s market.
But post-election? Things have shifted. Buyers are back, and houses that sat quiet are now moving fast. Looking ahead to January/February, I'm predicting to see a shift to a seller's market—exciting times ahead!
